About the Author
Rachel Isadora is an award-winning author and illustrator. She has written and illustrated many books for children, including the popular Penguina series. Isadora's books are known for their beautiful illustrations and heartwarming stories.
Isadora grew up in New York City. She studied art at the Rhode Island School of Design. After graduating, she worked as a graphic designer and illustrator. In 1992, she published her first book, Penguina. Penguina was a huge success, and Isadora has been writing and illustrating books for children ever since.
Isadora's books have been translated into many languages. She has also received numerous awards for her work, including the Caldecott Medal and the Boston Globe-Horn Book Award.
Isadora currently lives in Brooklyn, New York, with her husband and two children.
